Hi
I’m running Mac OSX 10.6.4. I navigate to set the base folder and then when I try to get Jaikoz to check for my library’s contents it finds nothing.
Read folder path is set to: Users/Brent/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Music
Include subfolders is ticked;
Number of folder above this = 1;
Load from startup is ticked.
Please help!
Does this folder actually comatins your iTunes songs ?
Is is a symbolic link ?
If you are still having a problem please follow thee steps
Start Applications/Utilities/Terminal
In Terminal
cd Users/Brent/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/
ls -lR . > Users/Brent/Documents/output.txt
In Finder , go tot Documents folder should contain output.txt, email me this output.
