Issues with connecting to MusicBrainz and retrieving Acoustic ID's

When I try and retrieve Acoustic id’s I get the message attached

I have checked the key as suggested and that looks okay I then created another and still get the same message

When I try and do anything using Musicbrainz or discogs it just hangs

I think the issue is that you keep using different mac addresses with your computers, I have now reset the limit so you can retry.

Thanks Paul that’s now working, not why that is happening as I only have the one laptop

Must be something on your setup, I have received multiple different mac addresses for your license. Alternatively if you are sure this isn’t the case maybe your license has been compromised and is being used by other people illegally, maybe I should provide you with new license and ban the one you are currently using.

I am receiving this same error too. Using 11.7 Ides.
The album has no metadata, so I was hoping it would find something via fingerprinting the music

I upgraded to Jthink Pro too, hoping that might enable more submissions or something.

My original license is an old one, with email since changed - if that is contributing to the error?
