Is it possible to only show the highlighted items?
For example if I have show duplicates highlighted, i would like to only see the duplicates and nothing else. Or if I do a find all for a term, like “live”, it would be great to filter out everything except for the rows that are highlighted with that term.

For these you can use the equivalent filter, also under the filter menu

No, you cannot do that at the moment.
