Is it possible to replace "feat." with a custom delimiter or have SK write each featured artist to artist as a distinct tag?

From what I can see if I let SK loose on my collection I’m going to end up with tons of these “feat.” entries in the artist and title tags, and probably at the cost of removing what would in most cases already be tagged as:
artist=John Leventhal ;
artist=Rosanne Cash and
(feat. Rosanne Cash) removed from the title tag.

Is there a way to configure SK to behave accordingly?

MusicBrainz style guidelines mean that featured artists should no longer be in the title, however in many cases they still are.

Since When tracks contains featured artists is set to Add all contributing artists to the artist field
and When albums contains featured album artists is set to Add all contributing album artists to the album artist field then when matching to MusicBrainz it always adds them as seperate artists in the Artists or AlbumArtists field

And since you have added Artist and Album Artist to Save multiple values as separate fields then it should store as multiple artists here as well.

But it will not currently remove from title them if found in title

Possible workaround is add Title field to Only Modify If Empty. or use Scripter task or Auto Edit/FInd and Replace task afterwards to search and replace in Title field

Confused about your screenshot because when I look at your Fix Songs spreadsheet I see the Artist field as required, the only issue is the Title field

I ran a little experiment pointing SK to a subset of tunes outside my main library, removed all mb references etc. to see how it does sans Picard. I can see value using SK to tag new content before pushing it though my scripts (to cater for my specific predilections aimed at getting the most out of Lyrion) and in revisiting same periodically for enrichment updates. What’s the typical lag between MB/discogs adding content and Albunack being updated?

Discogs dumps are one a month, so ideally we would rebuild Albunack database once a month, but currently the process is a bit of a hassle so every three months is the plan but we have failed to do that recently.

The majority of most customers collection is not new and mostly already in MusicBrainz/Discogs database but if adding brand new albums or albums that you have recently added to MusicBrainz then need to use Match to One Album because this can use the live MusicBrainz database (but not currently the live Discogs database)

Not a big deal because I end up adding releases to MB quite often, so you’d be pulling them directly anyhow
