Interference problem with Jaikoz?

I came across the following special case.

When running Auto Correct with a single audio file that has no metadata, the result looks OK. However, when running Auto Correct with the same audio file and another audio file (that both initially have no metadata), the result is not OK. It seems as if the added file, interferes in some way with the first file. See the image below.

I wonder if this is a one-off situation, or if this kind of interference is more common.

Something has gone wrong there, but a one-off problem. Usually would be matching whole albums and/or would have some existing metadata and both of these would make it much harder for this inteference problem to occur.
