Currently Jaikoz and SongKong have some tooltips and a link to web/pdf help. My view is the tooltips are not very detailed, the manual is quite comprehensive but it is difficult to keep it updatodate with each version and it a bit dry in nature.
I had this idea of having help links within Songkong/Jaikoz for each option that take to a different page on the forum, that to start with would be much the same as the html help. However because it is on forum customers can post questions and I can respond, it can also be much more easily modified and augmented with new screenshots, videos etc
What do people think ?
