I have been using Jaikoz on my Ubuntu 10.04 for almost three years without having any problems. Now I have been changing to a fresh Kubuntu 12.04 64bit system (KDE and Ubuntu). Trying to install Jaikoz 5.1.1 for Linux according the instruction on Jaikoz website I get an error: “command setup.sh not found”. As there is no setup.sh file but an install.sh file in the folder I tried this as well and I got “command install.sh not found”.
“java -version” prompts:
java version “1.7.0_15”
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea7 2.3.7) (7u15-2.3.7-0ubuntu1~12.04.1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.7-b01, mixed mode)
Though I switched to KDE I am not a Linux crack and might have overlooked something quite ridiculous. As I have already some other java tools running and working on my desktop I wonder if it is a problem of jaikoz.
