I was use the pro ver on Ugreen nas docker.
I scan a small folder with 6k songs, the scan taked around 2 hous and almost done as picture. But 12 hours later, I check the task still same with before, i think Songkong has problem infinity loop
Any one has problem like me? I’m the new user

Hi, so SongKong processes the songs as independent groups of songs usually based on folders that go through a pipeline starting with the Songs loaded pipeline and ending with the Completed pipeline. We can see from the screenshot that it has loaded 6186 songs but has only completed 6161 songs, it seems that 25 songs have got stuck/lost in the pipeline.
This should not happen but does occasionally, there is a bug there waiting to be found. But the 6161 songs that have got to the Completed stage have finished and had there changes saved.
If it is still running this is what you should do:
- Select Cancel once, this will stop the pipeline, and then create the final report. Only press Cancel once otherwise you will cancel the report creation as well.
- Then the report will be created so you can see the results
- Then please run Admin:Create Support Files so I can see results.

So I looked in the logs and the issue is that it seems to be waiting idefinitely for a response from fanart.tv, I dont know why fanart.tv didn’t respond but SongKong should have a timeout configured, we had a similar problem with wikipedia a while ago, I have raised an issue.
If you rerun it will probably work this time.
I noticed a few other issues, SongKong was unable to save the changes for 254 files. Now this might be because the file is corrupt or it might be there is something unusual about them and the code for writing files needs improvement.
If you could upload and example such as /music/Ca Si/Khánh Ly/Khanh Ly & Elvis Phuong - Tinh Ho (1990) [NRG] [Lang Van 34]/Bonus Tracks/Elvis Phuong - Lien Khuc 10 Nam Yeu Em & 10 Nam Tinh Cu.wav for me to test that would be helpful.
There were also 18 songs that could not be loaded, the last three gave a java.nio.BufferUnderflowException error, this should not happen, indicates a bug in the reader code. If you could also upload one of these that would be helpful.
