I just couple times forgotten tick off Preview Only box.
I kept looking a long time as the large library is progressing and I was surprised when at the end I saw notification that no changes was made.
If at the top of the progress report page I could see that it is Preview Only mode that would force me to cancel and tick off the preview.
I believe I am not the only one who performed an empty run
