id3 album art doesn't show up in iTunes

As the subject says… unfortunately I don’t know where to begin troubleshooting - it appears to be hit and miss, but it happens a lot. Let me know what I need to give you in order to help solve it

Please ensure Preferences/Save/Do not Unsynchronize ID3Tags is unset, and run File/Force Save on any files that are having this problerm.

(Older versions of iTunes did not sypport unsynchronization, now they do and expect it)
