When you purchase Jaikoz, you will be sent a license by email.
If you no longer have your license you can reorder it, but because this is a manual process and since people often don’t remember what email they originally used to purchase it can take some time. So we have had to introduce a small administrative charge of £5 GBP for doing this, you can reorder your existing license by selecting Reorder License option at http://www.jthink.net/jaikoz/jsp/buy/start.jsp
If your current email address does not match the email address used for the original Jaikoz purchase please enter the original email address into the Original Email Address field so that payment can be allocated correctly, your registered Jaikoz email address can be seen on the title bar of the main Jaikoz window.
