How to update only certain fields

I’ve tried to search the forum and checked the tutorial, but couldn’t figure out how to do this.

I have a couple of lists that I would like to correct. These lists are like the Rolling Stones Magazine top 500 songs of all time.

I would like to correct the artist, song name and year. All the other fields I would like to leave alone.

Is this possible in Jaikoz?

Yes, just modify Preferences:Musicbrainz:AutoFormat and Preferences:Musicbrainz:Format2 so that Musicbrainz only modifies the the field you allow it .

Then edit Preferences:Remote Correct:Discogs to do the same for matches from Discogs.

Then Jaikoz will only update these fields plus Musicbrainz Id fields (such as MB Recording Id) as these are needed for Jaikoz to work properly.
