As far as I understood, Autocorrect Songs always goes to the MusicBrainz and Discogs for metadata and then correct it.
Is there any way to specify a set of local correct procedures and run them at one click in the same way as Autocorrect Songs?

Autocorrect runs the tasks defined in Preferences:Manipulators:Autocorrector which by default matches to Musicbrainz and Discogs.
You can modify the list of tasks that Autocorrector does here, but you cannot at the moment define different sets, i.e Autocorrecter 1, Autocorrecter 2 ectera.

Yes, Autocorrect runs whatever is configured as the list of Autocorrecter tasks in Preferences
