They’ve been added over the years at different VBRs.
Afaict Jaikoz doesn’t list VBR in a sortable column. Only in a per item info display.
How do I find, sort & select multiple items by VBR?

If you enable View:Show View Pane there is a Bit rate column you can sort by on the View Audio tab.
