I am having trouble with changing the file name and file folders. I had previously both changed the file name from the metadata and the subfolder from the metadata, using the Action menu.
When I attempted to save the changes, following screenshot is what comes up.
Please help.

Hi, I think the problem is simply that you are on Windows and the subfolder name is just too long for Windows, you need something shorter.
Right, but I’ve changed the file name and the artist name, both of which were MUCH too long. I thought that would change the path length.
As you can see, in the table, the artist, album title and track title are all considerably shorter than the error message shows. Isn’t that where the “correct sub folders from metadata” action gets its data?
Depends on your settings, but by default would use album artist rather than artist
