Genres edited by Jaikoz appear in parenthesis or don't appear in other applications

Hi,

I’ve noticed that my Winamp 5.5 player reads genres that have been edited by Jaikoz in parenthesis, e.g. “Rock” becomes “(Rock)”.

Furthermore, other applications such as Windows Media Player 11, Windows Explorer and Total Commander can’t read the genre at all.

Hi, this is a problem specific to ID3v23 (its ok for ID3v24), there is no problem when you select a genre from the list, but if you enter a new value there is a problem. I’ll sort this out for the next release.

This is fixed in V2 released today, there is also an additional option in Save Settings/iTunes Compatability for dealing with known genres that iTunes should understand like remix (RX) but doesnt.
