General question about software

I have used several other pieces of software out there. None have been able to fix one big issue that Mediamonkey created. All 10,000+ songs in my library have the same album name and same artwork and I have yet to find one piece of software that can correct this. Will Jaikoz be able to identify and correct this issue??

Also, how does Jaikoz stack up against TuneUp Companion?? I am looking at your software and theirs to purchase very soon… as in today or tomorrow and one thing that their support hasn’t done is respond about this same questions in two days.

I understand that your software uses musicbrainz engine and discogs, but will that be enough to resolve my issue?

Yes it will, why not try out the free trial you won’t be able to actually save more than 20 files, but you can run the autocorrect on all 10,000 and view the results within Jaikoz. But before you run Autocorrect you should right click right click on the Album and Artwork column headers and select Empty Column, this will clear out this data that you know to be incorrect which will help Jaikoz to match efficiently and accurately. I cannot guarantee it will match all 10,000 songs but most customers report a amtch of about 85%.

I suppose its not really for me to say why Jaikoz is better than Tuneup. But I would say that wheras Tuneup is a company supported by Venture Capitalist with quite a large staff Jaikoz is developed and supported my me, and I try to answer support questions within 24 hours.

The quality and accuracy of these databases are significantly better than the database used by Tuneup. As i said earlier 100% matching is unlikely but 85% is realistic.
