New to SongKong. Running v10.2 Pro. Have tried multiple settings without success and would be very grateful for your advice. Meta data is being updated, beautifully but Fix Songs isn’t updating the artist/song title. Rename Files works but Fix Songs doesn’t. Thanks!
Fix Songs not updating artist/song title
Hi, the most obvious reason would be that you had added Artist and Title to Never Modify or add these fields or Only modify these fields if Empty lists, but seems unlikely you would have done that without realizing
Can you post a screenshot to show example of artist/title not being added and run Create Support Files so I can see your last reports and logs so we can clear this up.
