use: Action -> File and Folder Correct -> Correct Metadata from Filename
And the mask for importing the filename to the id3-tag is under: Preference -> File and Folder Correct -> Correct Metadata from Filename and could look like this: %trackno% %artist% - %title% if the filname is as example “05 ABBA - Waterloo”
Now you can try it out. Good luck.

In my case, I have recorded interviews with people, not songs. I want the Title metadata to be the file name exactly, from start to finish, other than the extension. How would I do that? Would I use just a %title% alone?
Yes I think that should work
Yes I think that should work
Thanks, but it ended up removing the title that was there.
Have you got Preferences:File And Folder Correct:Correct Metadata from Filename:Only Populate Fields if Empty set
To answer your question: No, but if I enable it, it worked … thanks much.
Now I have to figure out why a few files, when moved into iTunes, still retain an old iTunes Name tag, when the Title is now correct.
