Running the exe upgrade for Jaikoz returns a “Java virtual Machine Launcher Error”: Unable to access jarfile C:\…\…\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX2\Install 64.jar
I have checked this folder and no such file exists. Does anyone have a solution or any experience of this? Thanks
Hi, there is some issue with the self-extracting Window installs that cause this issue to occur for some (but not most) customers. Please download the installer called SongKong - Windows 64bit - Zip instead, unzip yourself and then install, this will work as expect, sorry for the inconvenience.
