I don’t understand the error. I’m on a pc laptop. I can’t even load music into the Jaikoz and I receive this error every time. I even restarted the machine with no luck.
Before the upgrade everything worked perfectly.

Thank you. I’ve been doing that for a while but Jaikoz seems to be hanging. Is it supposed to take this long to empty cache?
No, well just shut Jaikoz down and try again.
