Cd to Jaikoz installtion folder
Run jaikoz.exe and post me the output

Try changing the line:
vm.heapsize.preferred=800
to a lower figure such as
vm.heapsize.preferred=400
and see if that resolves it
it started (slowly) what difference will i see?
The difference is that you have less memory allocated to Jaikoz, so it can load less songs, so if you are trying to fix thousands of songs you may hit a problem.
I don’t really understand why you cannot use more than 400 MB for Jaikoz though if your PC has 3GB. Maybe try rebooting and ensuring nothing else is running, then try modifying back to 800mb and seeing if it works this time.
i do that, an it get’s the same error again
change it back and it starts again
any other ideas?
