I’ve used the artwork search function and I’m unable to drag and drop to apply new artwork. Is there a specific way to do this that I’m not getting?

What platform are you using because drag and drop is tied into the operating system somewhat, and also works a bit differently in the Web UI to the Desktop UI.

It may depend on the format of the file you are dragging, try a few images to see if always fails or only sometimes.

Seems that dragging directly from a website or search page doesn’t work, but downloading files and dropping them in works fine.
