I have a few questions on deleting duplicates. First, I have duplicates but in different formats (mp3 vs wma, etc). Is there a way choose the deleted file to be the lower quality file? Second, I have some duplicates I’d like to keep when they’re the same song appearing on an album twice. Can I set up the duplicate delete to keep these?

Duplicates can be compared over formats and Jaikoz will delete the one it deems to be the lowest quality, the first criteria for this is the format so for example if one file is in Flac format and another in mp3 format it will delete the mp3 file. But there is no way to change the order of quality for formats if you are not happy with the order.
