1- when I open the soft, I think the licence was ended, so I take and update of it, but I don’t receive the new licence
2- when I search in my mail, I found the last year paiement and it ended the April 16
can you help me?

If paid for version updates it is applied at server end, you just have to restart Jaikoz, no new license is required.
