Hi Paul, Does upgrading to “Pro” give me a renewed upgrade period? I upgraded on 2/21/2021, but SK shows, “SongKong v7.1 Eliminator Docker (Pro /Lite - Version Update Period Expired)” on browser page while NAS operation running.

Hi Patrick, no it does not.
Upgrading to Pro gives you access to Pro features in whatever version you have, but it has no effect on the free version update period - that remains one year after the initial purchase of license. It would not make sense to do so since it would then mean it would be better for customers to buy standard license, and then immediately upgrade to pro and get an additional version updates period at no cost.
