Discogs Error Message

(sigh…I seem to find them)

Any ideas on these two?

Got this when autocorrecting (the correction process didn’t come back after that…waited 10+ mins)

It means that a release has been linked to a Discogs Master Release rather than an actual Release, is just a warning fyi you dont have to do anything, that is why it is in the log but no error message poups.

i.e http://www.discogs.com/master/75376 instead of http://www.discogs.com/Jimi-Hendrix-South-Saturn-Delta/release/394909

Jaikoz cannot use master releases because Discogs does not provide an API to Look then up, and anway it is the versions that contain the more complete information.

I think that is a coincidence, there is a problem with the correction process not informing you when it is doing stuff but not actually finding matches which Im trying to sort out at the moment.

The API provided by a Discogs has a few bugs in it which mean some perfectly valid queries get rejected, in this case it is probably the brackets that have confused it. Discogs are aware of these problems and hope to have them resolved soon.
