Is it possible for SongKong to add a custom tag to those albums in my Discogs Collection?
Effectively, I would like to add a tag “Vinyl” to indicate I own a vinyl copy of the record.

No, SongKong doesn’t do anything with Discogs collections, it is only for fixing your actual music files.
