Deleting a folder that SongKong can see - but computer can't

Hi Paul
That would be fabulous!

I have tried reimporting the CD and I now have a second version that can be seen by SongKong but not by the Mac etc
I have also checked on my backup of the Melco and it can’t be seen there either!!

So can I just check as soon as you imported it became not visible, i.e there was a problem before you had tried using SongKong on the file, if so that is useful since we have a fully reproducible issue (although requires the CD to reproduce).

Hi,

Okay I have introduced a way to check permissions in the new version now released, please do the following.

  1. Install SongKong 7.2
  2. Set Preferences:Debug Log Level to Config
  3. Select the problem folder
  4. Run Status Report
  5. Permissions are shown for each file on the Errors and Warnings tab
  6. Run Create Support Files to upload the report to me.
