Set Preferences:Remote Correct:Discogs:Artwork to Never Alter
You can also set it to Replacer if Better Quality so that it only replaces if higher resolution.

I think the easiest way is just to close the files you don’t want to update before running Autocorrect.

Okay, so close the songs that you don’t want to update cover art for, then run autocorrect, then open the songs you want to correct except for artwork, change the preferences and then correct them.
