If I launch it again, it happens all over again.

and I repeat the process. If I try to run any of the functions they just quit or I get

Is SongKong running twice, easiest thing to do would be reboot and try again to see if that resolves issue.

I rebooted and reran the installer repair, and that seemed to fix it.

I found the issue. I was trying to kick off a process to songkong from DBpoweramp ripper to post process and it was spinning up multple instances. Thanks for the pointer. I did not see the multple instances.
