How come the track “(take these) chains” (by Judas Priest) is title cased to “(take These) Chains”?
This happens with a few words inside () - also with (live) etc.
But I can’t find out where it’s specified in the preferences…
Anyone?

Hi, there is a list of words that are deemed should always be lowercase within brackets, this matches with Musicbrainz naming conventions though I can see that this a problem in the Judas Priest case.
Unfortunately you cannot modify/enabled/disable the list at the moment, but the list of words is:
Thank you for your answer.
I may be more picky than average, but I really hope it will be possible to modify this list some day…
I just came to this forum to ask the same question - why some words, especially those in brackets, don’t get capitalized when using the “Sentense Case” - the way I prefer. I guess it’s just something we decide we like a long time ago, and tend to stick with it. I am one of those who prefer every single word capitalized.
I have version 3.6.0 and I could have sworn we could edit that list. I was thinking it’s missing that letter to capitalize because it’s adjacent to a bracket, ie: Title (remix) would be missed but Title - remix would be fixed.
I use MP3TagStudio to fix the cases, at least until I can figure out how to make it work the way I want in Jaikoz. Maybe I just don’t know the right way.
Hi, if you want every word capitalized use ‘Title Case’ instead.
I’m sorry … that’s what I meant to say. I’ve tried Title Case and it gets everything correct (First Letter Cap) except when preceeded by a ( mark.
