Can't retreive musicIPs for m4a songs.

When analyzing my collection I can’t get acoustic IDs for any of the m4a tracks. These tracks are over 10 seconds and play fine in a music player. Here’s the example console output when I attempt to analyze on of these songs:

Thanks in advance for any help!

What OS are you on, Mp4s cannot be analysed on Linux, but they can on Windows and OSX. This is a restriction of the MusicIP s/w.

You only have a handle of mp4s (six) , so it might just be that these particular ones cannot be analysed because of the way they were encoded if you had a larger sample more varied I expect some could be analysed.
