Can't Get the Latest Version of Jaikoz

Hi, you need to install Java 1.5. please take a look at the download section on the website.

I had aleady downloaded the latest version of Java.

had you installed ?

Which version of Java did you select when prompted during the install process

I went to the Jaikoz main page (http://www.jthink.net/jaikoz/jsp/startup.jsp). I selected “Downlad Java.” Under “Download Java Runtime,” I selected “Windows XP [since I have Windows XP].” And I downloaded it from there.

Hi, yes that should be correct.

But when you install Jaikoz.exe, at stage five of the installation you get to the following screen (Choose Java Virtual machine)

You need to select java\jre1.5.0_10\bin\java.exe (or similar), please recheck and retry

Okay; it worked. Thanks.

You said, “Ok, let leave it as this: if you have a problem with one mp3 file, and you want it sorted, send me the file and I will fix the problem in the next jaikoz release, otherwise just leave it”.

When Jaikoz loads my files, it says (individually, for each song) a few of my songs are represented as MP3’s but not really MP3’s, and they may be corrupt. When this happens with one of my songs, it tells me this, and then stops loading the rest of the songs.

Referring back your quote, how do I send you one of these files?

-Thanks

Just send the file as an attachment to support@jthink.net
