Cannot launch the latest version

I ve installed the latest version and get this error message (the software doesnt launch). Thank you for support. Best regards.

Please delete your Home : Preferences : Jaikoz : jaikozdb folder that should fix the issue.

Thanks for your reply. However, I do not have that specific folder on my computer. I am running this on a mac.
