Can we submit corrections that will hold up in AutoCorrect?

As an example, the AutoCorrect process incorrectly detects the song “Tarzan Boy” by Baltimora as another song by Baltimora called “Juke Box Boy”.

Is there a way to send a correction to the source so that each time AutoCorrect is run, the correct song is identified moving forward?

Yes, Jaikoz uses MusicBrainz.org which is freely available, we also use Acoustid.org that links acoustids to MusicBrainz recordings - when there is an invalid association between the two it can be unlinked.

For example Ive found your problem but haven’t made the changes myself you can work through it yourself

Look at this recording:

You can see it has one Acoustid associated with it

And if you have a look at the recordings linked to that Acoustid

You can see it is linked both to ‘Juke Box Boy’ and ‘Tarzan Boy’ - buts it clear the right link is ‘Tarzan Boy’

So go back to:

https://musicbrainz.org/recording/0d49d160-cf3e-45b7-ba81-e57eb6f098fb/fingerprints

and select Unlink to disassociate the recording with the Acoustid.
