I created the folder from within windows explorer so obviously the above message is a LIE.

I forgot to say that this version of Jaikoz uses a new version of the IzPack installer software and unfortunately for reasons I don’t understand the installer doesn’t allow you to install an application on top of an application installed with an older version of the installer. But the good news is that you can just delete C:/Program Files/Jthink/Jaikoz and then install into the default. This has no effect on your preferences or license because these are stored in your User folder.
