I want to know can I easily import for non English any local language( mean Urdu,Chinese) can be correctly stored on the playlist and is there any chance that this can create error with songs which I already add in it.

Songs in any language can be dragged into SongKong. If you are export an iTunes playlist and dropping that then as long as you use the .m3u8 (Unicode) format it will support any filename including Urdu characters.
