[BUG] I can't send my edits or musicip id to MusicBrainz

I can’t send my edits or musicip id to MusicBrainz

i have edit the files with the musicip id and the MusicBrainz Unique ID ans will this data send to MusicBrainz

i push the button “Submit MusicBrainz/Puid Pair to the MusicBrainz Server”
(look at screenshot) but the programm doesn’t send my edit’s

i use Windows Vista and OpenSuse 10.3 but it is always the same problem
