I’ve buy Jaikoz only to correct song tags in my iTunes library like:
Well jaikoz doing it very well with the replace and found feature, but whenever i tried to save, it will work for a few files… admit i will doing it on 300 files, it will work for 51 files, but all the rest will be corrupted and i lose a lot of them… I don’t know what i’m doing wrong… but please help ME.

Im sure Jaikoz is not actually corrupting the mp3s, but you clearly think it is , so you can give me more details of why you think the files are corrupted. Then it would be really good if you could email support@jthink.net your support files (Advanced/Create Support Files) and a ‘corrupt’ mp3, even better if you could also send the same mp3 before it had been touched by Jaikoz.
thanx i’ve tried it again, but i can’t find the support files i’ve created…
Its created in your home folder, but why don’t you just run Create Support Files again it tells you where the files are created.
