Since it is opensource, it might be easy to check how they are doing it: but I have found the songbird lyrics fetcher way more powerful than the one Jaikoz uses.
I have no idea if it is easy to switch those, but that would be a great improvement IMHO.
It what way, its gets more hits ?
With my collection Jaikoz is able to get around 10% of all the lyrics, whereas Songbird gets around 75%.
Funny thing is that the ones Jaikoz finds are around 50% new, so after I process my lyrics first with songbird and then with Jaikoz I get around 80% lyrics fetched.
I also find many more matches with lyricator plugin for mediamonkey. It uses the following sources for lyrics:

? LyrDB

? LyricsSongs

The amount of supported websites is growing. I’ve seen most hits with the lyricswiki and the letras.terra websites.
