autocorrector

Hello - good software is what I’d like to say first of all - just got it yesterday

OK - question - when I auto tag I am having to do it 2-3 times to get all tags “artwork mainly” to load. Is this normal or am I placing to much load on it at once? - edit - about 30GB at a time
Thanks

Also - is there a way"maybe it does it already" for Jaikoz to automatically submit CD info back to database for albums not able to be tagged due to not being in base yet? I changed my settings to allow for info to upload to server, but if I have to tell it to do it this will take over a year.

I have over 5 TB of bootlegs I am going to tag - it will take a while even with this great tool, but would like to get them into database if I am going to do this.
P.S. - there’s no way some of these can get a different tag from let’s say Gracenote or does musicbrainz check those data bases for conflicts?

Thanks for patience with my newbie questions as I have not had time to read manual yet - very sorry.

And when I get my settings the way I like them I will post a picture tutorial of what works for me.

Not sure what you mean here, can you give me some more info please.

You cant submit new albums from mp3s Musicbrainz because Musicbrainz insist on manual submission at the moment, this might change over time. But you can submit info such as the Musicbrainz/Puid relationships and genres.

If you actually have the physical CD you can use the CDlookup tool in Picard to load new albums one at a time into Musicbrainz.

If I was to use Gracenote their license would prevent use of any other dbs like Musicbrainz so that will never happen. But Jaikoz does use Discogs, if you manually add the discogs release url then Update tags from Discogs can fill in all the other information for you. In the New Year I should have another release out with a Autocorrect from Discogs feature to make this much simpler.

I meant when I autocorrect and save some files of a cd would not tag until I did process 2-3x.
I am loading less at a time and all seems OK now.

Thanks for the other Picard and Discogs info - It’ll take a while, but will be worth it.
