Auto start in watch mode

I’m running SongKong on a headless W8 box which acts as my file server. This is where I rip my CD’s to etc and have SongKong running in Watch mode to automatically pick up new rips to tag them etc.

However if I have to reboot the box I have to remote log in and restart SongKong in watch mode again. Which I tend to forget to do.

Is there any way or plan to add the option of starting SongKong in a preset watch mode again (which folder to watch, the settings wanted etc)?

Thanks.

Were you aware you can run SongKong from the command line

this will use whatever the settings were from the last run

(To change the settings you would have to run in GUI mode or possibly manually edit songkong.properties but I wouldn’t recommend it)

However a serious regression was introduced in 1.4 meaning you could only run from the commandline in trial mode, however this is fixed for the forthcoming SongKong 1.5 release that should be available next week.
