Artist names listed as Last Name, First Name - How to reverse it back? +More

I’m a brand new user (on Mac) and have been really struggling though the infinite amount of preferences. After choosing what I thought would work I ran all the various correcting tools then saved it.

Problem #1: When I looked at my updated iTunes I saw that only SOME artists that go by their real names i.e. Kelly Clarkson were sorted now as Clarkson, Kelly. How do I change it back to just First Name then Last Name?

But this did not happen to all artists though i.e. Lauryn Hill is saved as ‘Lauryn Hill’ so I don’t know what this means…

Problem #2: So I ran through all of the various correcting tools and I see the changes in iTunes yet I don’t see any changes in the actual files in my Music folder (metadata).

I’ve searched all around this forum & the user manual for these answers but can’t find them- thanks for any help!

Most people prefer this so for example all grouped aren’t labelled after ‘T’ because they start with the ‘The’. But if you dont like this simply display the Artist Sort and Album Artist Sort in the Jaikoz main table and right click on column and select Empty Column, then Save to remove them.

Probably because Jaikoz didnt correct those particular songs.

iTunes only reflects what has changed in the file themselves. But when you say Music folder do you mean the iTunes Media folder or another folder because by default iTunes copies all songs added to it. So if you loaded Music folder into Jaikoz, and configured to inform iTunes then if songs not already under iTunes control iTunes would make a copy of the file.
