are not recognized as mp3 files

I’m trying to use Jaikoz for the first time, and tell it to include my iTunes libary.

It imports several thousand songs, and then throws up an error message with a yellow exclamation mark and ladybug.

The error pop up window says

The following audio files are not recognized as mp3 files, they may be corrupt.

It then lists an entire screen worth of songs.

There are no close buttons or any way to dismiss this screen

This screen is hanging up the rest of your program, making it unusable.

I guess I should have tried out this program before buying it.

Any suggestions on how to proceed ?

Neglected some critical information.

Macintosh OS X 10.4.8

Jaikoz 1.7.0

I see an earlier message about oversized popup windows, and the inability of closing them. Looks lilke the same thing to me, although it was supposedly fixed in 1.6.0

I look around for any logs and send them to support.

Hi I haven’t received any logs files you need to send the jaikozdebug-0-0.log and jaikozuser0-0.log to support at jthink dot net. Yes a problem with oversized dialogs was fixed, could you also do a screen grab as i havent been able to reproduce your problem.
