Every time Jaikoz tries to download new artwork for my music it downloads it half way by half way I mean the artwork is all pixelated. Here is a screen shot of what I mean.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It is probably set to the minimum, there was a problem some time ago that this value could be set incorrectly during upgrade.
Sorry I am a little confused on the directions you gave me.
I took this course of action.
Action > Local Correct > Correct Artwork
and nothing changed.
Never mind I figured out what you meant.
