Hi,
I have an unreleased song which I need to use for pre-promotions and need the metadata to match the info when it comes out in a month. I edited the metadata in jaikoz editor on freetrial and saved it (save changes button) then (save copy) onto my desktop. Now when I open it up in both itunes and windows media players the cover and all metadata is not there. Please help!!!
Album Art and Data not showing up once imported to iTunes
- Close Jaikoz, restart and then run Advanced:Empty Cache and then load the files again
- Do they still have the metadata? If not, it seems they were not saved, remember with trial you can only save 20 files (it is only intended for tryiong out the software)
- If they do have the metadata are you sure you are looking at the same files in iTunes and Windows Media Player rather than a copy?
