Jaikoz has a really useful feature called Create Support Files. The support files are very important for us when trying to resolve any problems you may have. Support files include your logs files and your preferences.
Before sending us support files you need to create a topic on the forum with some information about the problem. Then select Create Support Files, enter the Forum url for the forum topic
