Acoustid does not match, all other tags remain the same

I requested Jaikoz to look for a matching release on MB.

It generated an error that 3 songs have “been matched to a song with a different title to any of the songs currently linked to that acoustID”

Then I requested to nevertheless match the disc with the release that had been found. It didn’t generate any error.

Finally, the autocorrector attributed to 3 songs acoustid different from what is in MB, but kept the title as it is in MB.

I don’t understand how having noticed that the acoustid do not match, I end up with all other tags being the same.
Adding to my confusion, I don’t know how to manually search in MB for a song based on its acoustid.

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying but I don’t really understand the question.

So Jaikoz originally managed to match 40 songs to a particular release, however gave a error that based on metadata it matched one song to a particular song in Musicbrainz, but for that songs acoustid irt matched to a song with a different name. I guess the message could be clearer but I looked up the acoustid and it links that acoustid to a song called ‘Wedding Day’

but no such song exists on

however this may simply be a translation issue of Italian versus English as track, however i cannot see any tracks called ‘giorno delle nozze’ which is the translation of ‘Wedding Day’ that google gives me.

You then did Match to Specified Release which allows you to override warnings, although you are right it should still show the warning.

Then you run Submit Mbids/Acoustids and it submitted three pairings that didn’t previously exist between acoustids generated by your songs and each MusicBrainz recording they have been linked to.
