9.4 doesn’t create a new folder

On Mac 2 versions ago if I fixed a folder it created a new folder and cleaned up said folder

Now it doesn’t am I missing something simple as I follow the same routine I have for the last 2 years

Now Fix Songs only fixes metadata and separate task Rename Files is used for renaming files.
